Rich Breault’s experience spans every level of contract assembly and rework. Rich Breault’s family’s enterprise, NETCO Automation, was known for its expertise in BGA services and prototype development. From his NETCO experience going back to through-hole components and insertion equipment to SMT reflow and, now, to the latest techniques and components such as fiber optics, Rich brings more than 20 years of experience to LIghtspeed. He is recognized as a BGA specialist throughout the U.S. electronics manufacturing industry.

Steve brings more than 10 years’ experience in every aspect of BGA services to Lightspeed. Formerly the BGA ‘guru’ at NETCO, Steve’s vast experience in process development and all aspects of BGA rework ensures reliable, on-time, top-quality results.

Debbie Silva

Team Leader Quality Assurance

Debbie’s mastery of rework equipment and especially test and inspection, including advanced X-ray and optical inspection, ensure quality, defect-free product. Also a long-time NETCO professional, Debbie is on top of current acceptability standards for assembly, rework, and quality assurance.
